Cimetra’s staff is trained in the importance of proper receiving procedures.  All receiving is counted for accuracy and inspected for damage.  Proper documentation during the receiving process will lessen the burden of potential claims due to shortage or damage being denied by the carrier.  This will reduce your administrative and management costs.  The receiving process is fast and efficient making sure your product is available in inventory with our bar coded warehouse management system within minutes of the delivering carrier leaving Cimetra’s docks.  All receiving documents are scanned and emailed to our customers or can be accessed online.
